This tea was created for a relaxing night of Sweet Dreams.  In this tea blend you will find Blue Lotus, Chamomile & Star Anise. 
 
Blue Lotus is flower sacred to Ancient Egypt which is called the Dream Flower for its mild sense or tranquility & euphoric state.  Blue lotus has been used as a natural aphrodisiac, sleep aid and anxiety reliever.

Chamomile is widely used to help promote sleep and relaxation.  Blue Lotus and Chamomile are both connected to the Element of Water & the Sun making them magically balanced herbs.  

Star anise is used for prophetic visions, clairvoyance & protection.  It corresponds to the element of air & water and planets of Mercury & Jupiter.
